God made me funky

The name of the post comes from a song me and Vlad love..

You know those mornings when you wake up and suddenly a songs pops up in your head? This happened to me the other day, and I dressed according to my state of mind. 

If someone would ask me to describe my style, I would say, like 99% of people, that my style is undefined, I can dress in such different ways from punk to ultra feminine/retro, yet there's a style I love the most and that's the funky style... it's not a very precise term, but I have my own definition: strong, yet simple, playfull, somehow unconventional/unusual.

Stii diminetile alea cand te trezesti brusc cu un cântec în cap? Asta mi s-a întâmplat si mie in acea zi, şi m-am îmbrăcat corespunzator.
Dacă cineva mi-ar cere sa descriu stilul meu, aş spune, la fel ca 99% din oameni, ca este unul nedefinit, ma imbrac în moduri atât de diferite, de la punk la ultra feminin/retro, dar exista un stil care îmi place cel mai mult şi asta e stilul funky ... nu este un termen foarte precis, dar am propria mea definitie: puternic, dar simplu, jucaus, oarecum neconventional/neobisnuit.

Va multumesc tuturor pentru toate urarile pe care mi le-ati facut astazi .. de la prietenii din realitate la cei de pe Facebook! Inseamna ft mult pt mine faptul ca v-ati oprit (chiar si pt cateva clipe) din ziua voastra normală şi mi-ati spus "La Multi Ani!"! Am avut o zi minunata! Urarea mea pt voi: Ganditi ganduri vesele! 1st of May Chronicles

Better late than never, here are some photos taken this year on May Day, at the seaside. The weather was the coldest ever in 5 years, luckily I brought enough sweaters and tights to keep me warm. I also wore (a lot) my currently favourite shoes: simple white plimsolls from H&M, the easiest to match ever! Warning: you will find a different style in every outfit!

Mai bine mai târziu decât niciodată... o sa va arat câteva fotografii de la 1mai-ul petrecut la mare. Vremea a fost cea mai rece din ultimii 5 ani, insa din fericire, mi-am luat suficiente pulovere şi dresuri să-mi ţină cald. De asemenea, am purtat (ft des) perechea de incaltaminte preferata din ultima vreme: tenisi simpli albi de la H&M, sunt atat de usor de asortat la orice! Atenţie: fiecare tinuta prezinta un alt stil!

Around the corner

So I finally found the time to make photos: in my study breaks at school... therefore the crappy backgrounds. I entered a "just put me in a corner or let people pass me by while I strike a pose for my blog" phase, please bare with me for a while :):)

Am gasit in sfarsit cand sa fac poze :  în pauzele de la facultate ... deci, fundalul pozelor e nasol. Am intrat într-o noua etapa: "pune-ma intr-un colt sau lasa oamenii sa treaca prin spatele meu in timp ce eu adopt pozitia pt poza", va rog sa incercati sa ma suportati asa momentan :):)
